This module introduces the overall learning pathway of the CPD programme and prepares participants for the different phases of the course. The programme was developed for practitioners and vocational education professionals working in agriculture, horticulture, construction, environmental education and related sustainability fields. Its main purpose is to support participants in understanding biochar not only as a technical material, but also as a practical learning and development resource for sustainable local and regional change.
This course complements the Carbon Management Course and aims, amongst other things, to provide support and advice on the introduction of a local CO₂ management system as part of a practice-oriented and participatory bioeconomy.
